Try Again,
After some e-mail discussion and a certain amount of abuse (but I
still don’t know what a ‘faghet’ is???) I have re-worked the previous
rfd and changed the name of the proposed group.
The proposal is to utilize the aus.science hierarchy with a little
piece of re-organizing to bring it into line with some of the
other ‘bigger’ hierarchies (such as comp.*).
I’d like to move aus.science into aus.science.misc and then
create aus.science.space.
Now I’m not real fussed about the move of aus.science to aus.science.misc.
It would be nice but ‘what the heck!’. I hear that it’s a low-utilized
group (which I can’t seem to get anyway) so if it could be re-newgrouped
or actually newgroup aus.science.misc and rmgroup aus.science then it
would certainly help me!
So onto the actual RFD for aus.science.space.
Again, please feel free to offer suggestions and corrections.
If there are other groups which you believe could be interested in
the creation of aus.science.space which I have not included in
my post (I don’t want to spam) please let me know and i’ll post it there as
well.
